I am a season social worker with a variety experience working in the home, in residential settings, inpatient psychiatry and most recently and private practice. I have also worked as an adjunct instructor and I enjoy speaking to groups. I enjoy learning  and sharing what I have learned to help others to develop.

I work individually with adults and adolescents as well as provide couples therapy. I have a background in attachment, emotionally focused couples therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapies. I use a trauma-informed approach that is both relational and insight-oriented. I also have experience working with those struggling with substance use and incarcerated individuals.
